Pendragon Castle

Pendragon Castle is reputed to have been founded by Uther Pendragon the father of King Arthur, the remains sit quietly by the river Eden in the Vale of Mallerstang. It’s a location I have visited numerous times over the years, all seasons and all times of day and it’s only now that I have an image that I’m pleased with and for me conveys the atmosphere that this iconic landmark deserves.
